FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
“7 Cups of Coffee” Brews Up Hope, Healing, and Humanity in One Transformative Read
Author Carla J. Brooks invites readers to rediscover faith, purpose, and the beauty of human connection through her debut book, 7 Cups of Coffee, releasing October 21, 2025.
[North Carolina — October 21, 2025] — What if healing isn’t something you find, but something you remember?
That question sits at the heart of 7 Cups of Coffee, the soul-stirring new book by storyteller and creative entrepreneur Carla J. Brooks, a journey through heartbreak, divine timing, and the sacred conversations that awaken the human spirit.
Told through a series of intimate true stories and reflective “perspective pieces,” 7 Cups of Coffee invites readers to sit down, slow down, and remember that no one heals alone.
“This isn’t a book that tells you how to heal or where to go,” Brooks says. “It walks with you through the process so you know you’re not alone in it.”
A Book About Real People, Real Pain, and Real Redemption
From a grieving widow finding peace in unexpected friendship, to a refugee’s journey from homelessness to faith, to love that transcends time and loss — each “cup” represents a chapter of transformation.
Every story ends with a pause for reflection, allowing readers to see pieces of their own lives mirrored back through compassion and truth.
Brooks calls her book “a mirror for the soul.” It bridges personal memoir, spiritual insight, and universal storytelling — reminding readers that even in life’s darkest chapters, there is light, purpose, and divine orchestration at work.
