Title: Faith Like Noah
Posted: August 17, 2025

Airport security.
The officer waved me over.
“Stay right here,” he said.
“Push these through for me.”

“Okay,” I answered.

He looked at me,
his voice suddenly softer.
“Faith like Noah.
What does that mean to you?”

I thought for a moment.
“It’s about believing in what God says,” I told him.
“Trusting that you’ll be led where you’re meant to go.”

He nodded, eyes steady.
“God asked Noah to build a boat.
He’d never seen rain.
He didn’t even know what a boat was.

Do you have faith like Noah?”

“Yes,” I said without hesitation.
“No matter what storm comes at me—
faith is my boat.”

“That’s right,” he said,
a smile breaking across his face.
“Trust and obey.”

We shared a quick fist bump,
and I carried that truth with me.

Sip of Truth: Faith doesn’t ask you to understand the storm—it asks you to build the boat anyway.
